Thanks for having this forum available!

I purchased a 2015 Elantra SE about 6 weeks ago. I love the car, except for the rear defroster.

I live in the frozen northeast and since I got the car we've had multiple snowstorms and many below-zero days. The entire heating system seems a bit anemic, but the rear defroster only makes a token effort at working.

This is from this morning after driving on the highway for a half hour with the defroster on and the heat turned to high:

The other day during a snowstorm, I turned the rear defroster on because the window was fogging without it...but then it started melting the snow, which began dripping and then freezing into clumps of ice. By the time I got home (again, a half hour drive), it was a total mess.

Is this a frequent problem with the Hyundai line? It's not safe so I'm hoping there's an easy answer.
I've contacted the dealer but haven't heard back from them yet.

Thanks for your help!

Oh no, I'm so sorry... the correct answer is The Moops.

The packaging clearly stated '100'. I'm short ONE luft balloon.
