Hello, I have a 2012 Elantra Limited. It has 15,000 miles on it. Since day one it has had an engine noise that can be heard on cold starts only. After it warms up it is very quiet. My driver's side e-brake cable had snapped, so today I replaced it with a new one.I could only hook the caliper end of the cable in after backing off the adjuster behind the lever all the way, and even then, there was barely enough slack to do so. Hi guys, I have a 2001 Elantra that the check engine light flashes on then off just for a mili-second and tachometer goes momentarily to 0 when it happens and power drops and comes right back most of the time.
