QUOTE (snowgls @ Mar 8 2012, 01:27 PM) *
Its seems kinda stupid, but i kinda like it. It would be different, so do it man. Go for it.

Hahah it is pretty dumb but it'll be fun. Something to talk about yah know? I like crazy, odd, modding stuff that people do to their cars. Like putting a sub box in the center foot rest of the back seat. I think that's awesome haha. (or sarge's car pc). I kinda wish we had some more crazy mod stuff going on here at EC. tongue.gif but oh well! Hahah.

You maybe just a few years two young to remember this, but this thread reminded me of this show.

Well, I did it. Power inverter was delivered exactly when I got home from rugby practice. Great timing haha I got right to installing it. biggrin.gif

Anyway... Pretty simple. I clipped off the cigarette lighter adapter off the power inverter cord and then just hard wired it to the 12v power wire in the car. I placed the inverter down next to the ps2 under the passenger seat. All I have to do is flick the power inverter switch on and then press reset on the ps2. Pretty simple.

The sound is great and I love playing the games with the subwoofer. Now all I need is a wireless controller because this wired controller is a pain in the ass hahah. It'd look very flush once there are absolutely no wires showing.

Anyway... here we go...

Very nice!
I enjoy watching movies in the car - though does waste alot of gas just sitting there...
Crank it up and not worry about the neighbours floors and walls shaking.
