I have not seen them anywhere, but on another board, someone who knew someone in Korea had them shipped here and confirmed that they fit.

Hey guys, yes the the OE Avante Highline lamps do work in the Elantra with some modification. I love how they turned out in my car, and couldn't imagine being without them at this point.

I do have another set on the way from my contact in case anyone is interested.

The issue you have with many of the Korean vendors is that many just want to get the US/Canadian dollars to take advantage of the exchange rate. The guys I have talked to from Korea in the past don't generally have good information about the product.

Another issue is that sure they may give you a good sounding price, but it is highly risky shipping from Korea because there is no shipping insurance on the product. Headlamp tabs tend to break off in shipping if not boxed with care. My contact has been awesome in this respect. If you get a set from me, I will absorb the risk and inspect/photograph them before shipping, then provide insurance from USPS/UPS for 1350.00, or 1390 if by Paypal.

To each his own. Some people would see it as getting the HID's they wanted from the factory for about the same price they would have paid for them had they been an option.

I just posted a set of these for sale in the classified section if anyone is interested.

I have hid setup in my car yeah there no projectors but they are still very bright have 6k super white and they work great but your right i rather pay like 100-200 dollars for hid's than 1500 for projectors.
