Recently purchased a new 2013 Elantra, 4-dr sedan. I now have an opportunity to get a pair of lightly used snow tires. The problem is that the snows are 15 inchers. Is there a steel 15 inch wheels that would fit in place of the stock 16 inch wheels ?
Thanks for the help.

Yes you can get smaller wheels as well as larger wheels in place of the stock 16" wheels. The important thing is to keep the overall circumference similar to stock so your speedometer and odometer is accurate. Not to mention so the car handles appropriately. So if you get a smaller wheel, the tire sidewall will be slightly larger to make up for the smaller wheel. Check out this nifty tire calculator which you can plug in your OEM tire size as well as the tire size of these winter tires to see how close they are to the stock circumference! What size are these winter tires?
