Great project ; very impressive.
You are obviously have quite a bit of electrical experience. I would remove one of the rear struts and visit a spring shop. They might have to fabricate something custom to handle that much weight properly. The hatch model is heavier in the back end that the sedan ; even before the batteries. Upper strut braces to reduce body flex might be a necesity as well. -------------------- A proud member of the club.
