Great car. I actually was hoping to buy one in Galactic Gray but they were impossible to find so I gave up and went another direction.

Glad you signed up here.

Pics please. ;)

Hi Guys. I bought my first Hyundai (actually a Mitsubishi PrΓ©cis) in 1987. That was followed by a 2002 Elantra for my son, and a 2003 Elantra GT for myself. Having moved to the mountains of UT after retirement I needed an all wheel drive vehicle. While I loved the GT I traded it for a 2008 Subaru Outback Wagon which had full time all wheel drive. I still own that vehicle today and it has over 130,000 miles on it. In 2015 I purchased a Hyundai Accent 4 Dr hatchback for my wife. We are very pleased with this vehicle and have even used it for some long trips (over 800 miles) at legal highway speeds of 80 mph. Don't tell anyone, but it is amazingly smooth at 100mph too. While I did do some mods (check out the old site) on my 2003, I have left the 2015 Accent totally stock. I love the fact that Hyundai did away with the timing belt and replaced it with a chain.

I had no idea an Accent could be comfortable at 100 mph. Impressive to say the least.

You know what isn't comfortable even close to 100mph? A 95 ford aspire that's actually an accent hatch rebadged. The wind blows on the QEW and wheeeeeee.... we're changing lanes everyone, no steering wheel movement required!

Hello. I was formally known as Babyhyundai05 at the old forum. I had to trade in my 2005 GLS last year. An accident from 2010, and harsh Maine winters, chewed up my "babyH". I have a 2016 Kia Forte EX..aka, Mandy!

Great to have you here. Folks, I've seen her Forte EX and it's really nice. She's pretty damn nice, too. ;)

I have to say this is the best Accent yet and very comfy and surprisingly quiet above 100... It feels and drives like a much bigger car now.

It's nice to see some old faces pop in! :)
