So I tried to add an event to the calendar and it doesn't seem to have posted. I filled out the form and hit "Add to Calendar" and it sent me to the calendar but when I click on April 21, I no see it. Did I goof up on something?

Hey there,
I don't believe the events have to be OK'd by management... I just tested and created an event called TESTING does it show up for you?
Can you try it again please?

it shows up. Maybe i hit a wrong button, i'll try again...
Update: so i tried, still not showing up. Says its in queue for moderator approval or something to that affect...

I have to approve public events posted by non-moderators. I think private events that only you see don't need approval.
You'll see your event now show on the forums front page.
