Bad electrical grounds could just be corrosion somewhere. Take a look at all of the chassis ground points. Give 'em a scrub with a wire brush if needed.

I'm starting to think it might be a wheel speed sensor. This weekend I'll pull the wheels off and have a look. I'm going to do a little more digging online and see what else I can dig up.

Finally got to drag it over to O'Reilly's and use their code reader. It came back with C2200: ABS Module Internal. I'm going to go inspect all the electrical connections around it and see if that's what the deal is. Really hoping I don't have to replace the ABS module. It's fully visible in the engine bay, but it's a PIA to get at, since it's back by the firewall.

The electrical gremlins have decided to play games again: the lights no longer come on, but I've done nothing to the van. Still haven't braked hard enough to engage ABS/ESC/BAS, but if I don't have to throw parts at *this* vehicle I view it as a win.
