Since Sunday was the end of the "Season" for us, I figured I might as well get it swapped over while the weather is still nice.

So last night was "put it in winter mode" for the SeX. Here she was at the end of the season:

And an hour later:

Jeebus... I should have just bought some H&R springs for this thing.

sTOCK. I'm not running adjustable coilovers in the salt-belt. I may be crazy, but I'm not stupid.

Nope. I run all-seasons. Never had a need for true winter tires. Kumho Ecsta 4X in 225/45/17 on the stck wheels.

Yeah, it's showing some wear in places where I've done dumb things. Like backed it into a barrier on the left rear and put a nice white scratch on the bumper. door dings, cone rash etc. It turned over 38k miles on the way home Saturday from the Dragcross event. That's 20k miles on that car in the first year we've owned.

Winter is over. Seriously... it's over, right? So I got the car back together ready for the first auto-x in Wilmington, OH on April 13th. Full suspension installed for the first time, ever.

Alright spring, it's your turn. I did my part.

She looks great.
Still two feet of snow here, but warmer air is coming.

Good. I took the Koni's back off. Since they're full length, they allow too much droop in the rear causing the springs to come loose and slam back into place. Since it takes 5 minutes to change them, Ill just put them on for the big events etc. It is nice having the front end all together CORRECTLY now. laugh.gif
