well i finally bit the bullet and made a CAI. i went from a modded airbox to a fenderwell intake and can def feel(butt dyno) the increase in midrange and top end. i will wait for a dyno day to get actual power numbers over my original SRI/airbox kit.
my modded airbox/tube assembly is for sale also with the k&n drop in. please check the for sale section if interested.... before  after  close up photo of intake tube
