Thanks. Here are some additional info, not sure if it's related.
1. For a while I had belt screeching noise at start-up, but it always went away after 2-3 seconds.
2. About 6 months ago, I checked the oil and it was at the L mark, not sure how it got so low, the oil light never came on. I immediately put oil, and later did an oil change and after that there wasn't any issues.
3. Yesterday when it happened, I had the AC on and it was about 90 deg outside.

Let me know if any of these are relevant.
