in the DIY section of this site there is a "oem bin install" tutorial that will get you started. It seems pretty easy

If you have a hatch the speakers aren't so straight fwd...
I can't speak for all models\years but my 03 was something like this:

entire front door panel has to come off, but it is easy:
remove sail panel, 2 screws on the left, 2 on the right, 2 under the arm rest, 2 at the bottom. Release the two clips at the bottom but pulling towards the car...lift up and then away...unclip your electrical connections...put door panel aside

rear...remove rear seat bolster, 1 bolt (access by pulling rear seat bottom up)
4 screws to remove the plastic covering
work the plastic out of the seatbelt and your speeakers are exposed.

I can scan the crutchfield docs I recieved and email them to you as a PDF...PM me and i should be able to do this tomorrow.

for the sedan, its kind of a PITA, but its fun none the less...

around the net somewhere (if not here) there is a DIY on how to do it, and it involves removing the rear seats... and no, there is no way around it, ive tried.

Wrong Aaron, I didn't remove theseats or the interior trims. The rear shelf WILL come out, but it isn't easy.

You remove the bolsters, but that one bolt behind the seat is a PITA to get out in the sedan!!!! In the hatch, Aaron is right!!! You remove the seat... out of the way tongue.gif remember in the hatch the rear seats can be folded to floor!!!

do you think it would be a better idea just to leave the stock speakers in and just run highs off of them? cause i am getting a head unit with subwoofer controls, there for i can control highs on my stock speakers and sub woofer seperately
