i had to route it over the battery to clear the brake line. in the near future i will be getting a slimmer sealed battery and mount that on its side so there is a little more room between the CAI and the battery, or better yet, i'd love to get a brake line that comes out the sides as opposed to coming out on the top.

it works though. hood closes normally, the CAI tubing isnt clamped in there by the hood and still rocks with the motor when it revs.

I'll know to keep a look out for a black sedan with steelies and a Semper Fi attitude out on the SD hiways thumbsup.gif

I did see a hot blonde in a chianti hatch today though, but wasn't able to keep up with her...

haha, whats that supposed to mean?? laugh.gif
dont even worry about sporting the semper fi, just look for the steelies, i dont think i've seen another elantra with steelies. if you go through the spring valley area (near the swap meet) just listen for squealing tires... its probably me! rofl.gif

now... if only i can rig the battery to help the intake suck in more air... blink.gif
