Ok the HD's will soon be upon us... are you considering replacing your car with one?

Nope. I love my GT and will try to drive it into the ground! Unless I start getting problems with it after the warranty is done.

I hope I get another 4 years out of this one first. If I'm still commuting the way I am now... I would have to consider the HD.

When it comes time to replace my Elantra I will want to replace it with something of a higher class level, even if it's just going to a Sonata or a Santa Fe.

I figure I'm a little under 1/4 of the life I wanted to get out of this car, and that has taken about 2 years. So, hopefully the next time I will be in the market for a new car, I might be looking at the HD's successor!

Of course, I hope to be in a much better financial bracket, and I might be in a different family situation, so I might be looking for a different type of car altogether.

not for me .. my 2002 should keep me happy for a couple more years and then its time for something bigger to handle 3 kids with a little more ease. Perhaps the elusive rear drive V8 Hyundai will arrive by that time !

If not, the new Zeta platform RWD Impala's will be out! That's gonna be the hard one for me. I'm figuring 2 more years and then what ?

my next car will be in addition to--not replacing--my new mazda3. if i get a new job out in western NYS next year, we'll have to add another vehicle to our lineup, and the prediction now is that that vehicle will most likely be a mazda5.

I just bought mine. If I were to even think about it, I don't think I want to handle the car buying process anytime soon. dry.gif
