Thanks guys. Yes, I tried both methods on both sides.
If they were frozen, would it be fair to say there would not be any/ minimal rear brake power? The reason I ask is that the new rotors are already starting to look "polished".
I may swing by home depot and grab a different C clamp- maybe it will work better than my Irwin speed clamp that I always use.
