Here is my response to an exorbitant saving performed by HMC in case of Elantra - a simple IKEA - DIODER, LED battery-operated lamp for drawer.
Assembly time - 30 seconds. Works perfect, lighting up automatically whenever the box is being opened! Not everyone likes Egyptian Darkness to face there...

Hey-Great idea.
With the panorama roof, my GT's back seat is virtually in total darkness at night. Wish I could find a light for that area that's as good as the one you installed in the glove box. Is the one you put in for a drawer? -------------------- A proud member of the club.

Yep, first and main application is this - to light up a drawer without cables etc.
