Hello,
i am searching for any installation guide or documents about the original OEM Hyundai rear spoiler. Manufacturer Part No: 3XF34-AB200-xxx
I need this for asking the german authority to make it legal in Germany. Hyundai Germany doesnīt have anything about it, because the Elntra is not avaibale in the german market.....

I have been looking around and I think I like clear for the taillights. no chrome I saw these and the price has me thinking to try them.
taillightI really like these but I just don't know if clear taillights would look good. Need opinions. Look I know the above lights may not be great quality, but for the price I may try them. But I first I have to determine if I am crazy with the color and style. Here is another one I really like

I wanted to add some color to the exterior of my new car, so I removed the emblems and did custom backgrounds to them with some blue metallic vinyl I purchased from a local sign shop. The rear emblem was difficult because the 3m tape residue took at least an hour to clean from the back side of the emblem itself. It was very easy to clean from the trunk though.
[attachment=5127:IMG_2014...3828_448.jpg]
For the front emblem, I had to remove the bumper cover and convince the round clips off that hold it to the grille. Then cut out a solid background from a plastic tote to adhere the vinyl to.
[attachment=5126:IMG_2014...4158_130.jpg]
I have some material left over, so I may do something with the fog light blanks too.

I'm stoked! My mats just came in the mail. I paid a total price of $307.85 for the full car coverage (front, rear, and trunk).
Shipping was $18.00 total. No tax charged. Ordered directly from WeatherTech website. I'm going to open the boxes right now and put these bad boys in my car! I'll post a picture when I'm done.

Hi everyone,
New to this forum. I traded in my '06 Tiburon for an '12 Elantra. Great decision. I've missed having 4 doors. Here are some photos. I had a mod list before I even bought the car (which is dangerous to do).
So far:
- Dipped (matte black) grill, bumper, emblems, wheels and mirrors
- Vinyl wrapped the roof in matte black
Next up:
- Roof lip spoiler
- Super Drift trunk lip spoiler
- Fog light DRL LEDs
- LED tail lights
- Dip rear diffusor
- '08 Tiburon SE wheels (dipped)
- Black lug nuts
Please let me know if anyone knows of a reputable seller/website that I could buy the roof and trunk spoilers from. I'm thinking about getting the Super Drift spoiler from KPEC but they won't be able to paint it in my car color (P3 Harbor Gray Metallic). I'm not sure who to trust on Ebay (product quality, price, quick shipping, etc).

Just finished installation of cup holder lights, followed this great thread here:
DIY LED Cup Holder LightsTHANKS to everyone who posted that info. It was quite easy to follow and spent just around 30mins in total.
set of LED cup holder lights...
used that type of bit for drilling
I left around 3mm extra space from each edge before drilling holes, it is perfect for wiring wires full way down.

Did anyone risked opening their tail lights, and painting it?
I've been doing a lot of custom tail light jobs for the genesis coupe world, but im planning on working on the elantra,So i already know they are not glued like the head lights,i use a dremel to open all my tail lights, you actually have to cut into the cassing, and not the lens...
Anyways, anyone has picture of opened or painted tails? (blackout)

Anyone know where I can find just this front diffuser? Some places listed as "Morris" others as "Moris". I can only find it sold as a set with the rear diffuser.

I tried to decide what would be better to keep, red or smoked and seems on dark colors smoked wont work well, the vehicle looses style...however on white color that smoked type will definitely hit the road...
I settled on red, it is stylish and looks great!

Hello guys,
Could please someone with an elantra make some measurements of the (nerve) A distance and B distance as shown in the picture?
Elantra has a nerve on the red marked point and I need to know how long it measures since we don't have elantra in Greece.
I am interesting in ordering some moldings for my car and I need to know those measurements in order to see if moldings stated to fit in elantra sedan could fit to mine to.So give me some numbers please!

I have a 2011 Elantra GLS Auto. I'm thinking that I'd like to do some low-cost modifications that would perhaps increase HP a bit. I'm not looking to make it "sound" good, although I'm OK with some difference from stock (although I don't want to sound like I'm farting down the street either).
For starters, I was going to take the extra carbon air filter out (I have a PZEV).
I'm considering a K&N filter. I've seen people say the stock air intake system is pretty good -- would a drop-in K&N filter help? Would there be any real advantage to putting in something else?
I was thinking of a new muffler. Read some reviews in the product review section of this forum but I don't know what would/wouldn't work with the MD. I'm not looking to put in an $800 catback system (I will say I'm impressed by yours Louiceman -- just don't want to shell out that sort of dough).
Hadn't thought of much else -- is there much else I could do at this point?

Hey-Stopped at the Hyundai dealer today and saw a new sedan with a new option. Front, side, and rear lower cladding and black rear diffuser for $995.00. It was on the Hyundai sticker and not a dealer add on. Looked great and they'll probably offer it for '11 to current owners eventually.

Redline is looking for a 2011-13 Elantra in the Dexter, Michigan area to install a
free QuickLIFT hood prop system. Just need a few hours of your time. QuickLIFT is a gas strut system that replaces the clunky OEM hood prop. I've installed in in my 02 Altima and 06 Civic and I love it. Hood lifts up with little effort and no hood prop to get in the way. They will make it available for 2011-13 Elantra if they can find a volunteer. If interested, contact Redline at
Sales.

I've been considering buying this
hood pad from eBay but it ships free only if it is folded. Seller says it will not be damaged but I'm skeptical. Also says can be shipped to me unfolded if I pay $20 for Express Delivery. Has anyone bought this folded? Pay for the Express Delivery? Any recommendations?

Hey guys. long time no see right? I've been busy lately. Very busy. But I still lurk around regularly and check things out. I guess its about time for an update on my boy though.
20,000k HID lowbeams, 3,500k HID fog lights, and 3,500k DRL and highbeams.
Wheels PlastiDip'ed black
Matte black Vinyl wrap on the hood by my buddy from Devo Designs
Night time center stack with the footwell lighting.
Engine cover PlastiDip'ed white
24,000 mile inspection
Limo tint all around
Caliper brackets painted red
Front tow hook installed
Rear tow hook installed
Four Bangin' decal. This was my old exhaust setup
And here is my new, and permanent exhaust setup. Anodized DC Sports can, all resonators deleted, and a straight piece of stainless piping all the way back. Done by my friends and Fuccello's exhaust in Hamilton NJ. I LOVE this setup. It is not ricey sounding at all, but is instead sickly aggressive and deep. The only down side for some people is that you can hardly hear yourself think. I, however, love, and am used to this in all of my cars.
I have to take pictures of it all when it stops raining, but I have full Sony door speakers and tweeters with a 1,200 watt Pioneer sub in the trunk. All neatly tucked away, and i'm damn proud of the way it all looks. But that's my baby boy so far!

I'm surprised at how much I've done already in 6 weeks. . .
K&N drop-in air filter . . . good for 1-2mpg and 4hp
Fumoto oil change valve with nipple . . . I do most of my own oil changes
Kat's 11812 engine block heater
Hood insulation pad . . . oem
Invisible bra . . . a whole bunch . . . lights, hood, mirrors . . . front end.
Changing the hollow trunk lid logo to the blue one this morning
Trunk lid lower chrome garnish . . . done . . . looks nice.
Mud Flaps . . . oem
WeatherTech in-channel flush mount side vents . . . front only
WeatherTech beige floor liners
On the way from Korea:
Tuning Face Rear Lip Spoiler . . . no led
M&S rear window glass wing (spoiler) . . . no led
Fluxion Design Eyelines
Side mirror rain guards
Except for doing an alarm blinking light . . . I'm done !
There's nothing more I want to do ?
The 17" wheels are staying stock.
From here on out it's keep it clean, shiney and well maintained.

I just purchased a 2013 Hyundai Elantra Coupe, Grey, and i have an interest in changing some things. I want it to look "cool" but not like a hot wheel. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated! (sorry I currently don't have any pictures of it)

So I did a quick little mod tonight that I have been dying to do - put on the "M16 GDI" emblem on my Elantra. Before everyone makes their comments (I've already gotten rude ones) let's just remember it is MY car and I CHOSE to put this on there because I wanted to make it my own.
Please and thank you Here is the final result - I think it turned out great (crappy photo quality) but otherwise I am happy
