I just started an http://www.youtube.com/user/ElantraClub You Tube channel featuring videos members have done here at the club. Hopefully I can get members to submit more videos. They can be ANYTHING really. Family stuff, funny stuff, car related vids like showing off a new mod, detailing vids, dyno runs, a DIY, etc...

Feel free to PM me if you have videos online you'd like to be part of our channel. Or email me your videos. Unfortunately, a ton of the cool older vids we had here came up as dead links and couldn't be added.

I need your help on this.

Cool! Well my warranty's expired now anyway, so yeah there are MY rallycross videos and my spark plug change (if it's not too amateurish)...

Mitch has spent a lot of hours uploading the videos that are there now. Thanks for the long hours and tears for this cool feature. Just another great addition to the ECLUB we all love!

I can build comps and load up stuff, but i am uinfamiliar with the media encoding aspect.

Which platform are you running? http://www.videohelp.com/ is an immense resource for all platforms. I run Mac at home so I'll use a number of things, FFmpegX, VideoLan and Handbrake to name the most useful. I believe all are ported to the main 3 OS's in one form or another.

I'm no pro so don't get the wrong impression, but I have used these apps and understand some of the basics and I do re-encode stuff (transport streams etc) to repackage them to smaller files and such.

Video is complex and often beguiling, but it can be handled easily with some thought when doing simple tasks like compression.

the one tomorrow will be the use of my carpc, with the touch screen I just put in today. Have to remember to bring the driver downstairs though so that it works

I'm gonna create another video of the carputer this weekend likely..
I got an actual video camera so that should make for a better video. There'll also be some videos taken in a couple weeks of the Fiancee's band when they play another 2 shows.

that's some crazy BASS!!
Think you need some foam for your license plate, and if you put the door edge trim underneath the trunk seal you'll likely cut out any/all rattles with the trunk

well I did a little walk-around of my car after putting my shiny wheels back on, and cleaning out the gunk the other week. Put it up on EClubTube, and added a funky track to it..we'll see if it works

I just did a live video shoot with the band Pan.a.ce.a yesterday - was a rocking GREAT time. The interview is up on youtube, but I'm not done processing all of everything else. It was a whole day of promo pics + interview + live chat + music video filming - of which a lot of it was live streamed as we were filming it (4-5 cameras at all times).

I'm beginning to wonder if people understand that this is our YouTube site for member videos.

The idea is that people either email me their videos (elantragt_02@yahoo.com) for that site or let me access their videos online so I can add them to our YouTube place.

I have a question that someone on here may be able to answer. Is there a way to get the old player format back on Youtube? The new player layout doesn't buffer like the old one and it's driving me nuts.

Like I've told members, I can pull it from their YouTube pages and add it to ours. That's what I did last night Steve. It's already on EClubTube.

I know other members have YouTube or Photobucket vids. I want to add them to our YouTube site. They don't even have to be car related.

Members just need to PM me the address of the vids and I can add them to our site.

Please help.
