Alrighty... May 9th is Winged Warrior V, at ORP in Indianapolis, IN. details on that event can be found here: www.wingedwarrior.net

The last 2 years I've hosted a night before get together at the 'zilla residence for any and all interested. BYOB, BYOC (chair you sickos). Fire and atmosphere provided as well as a potty.... Let me know if anyone is interested.

I'll be at the event this year. Just confirmed that I will be able to make it down and watch a friend of mine competing. I'll be sure and look you up Bob.

Do you have to wear pants to ride along on the AutoX? In the back of my mind that was a requirement 2 years ago.

The pants requirement was for the dragstrip.... but I'm wearing them all day.

Who's the friend?

Nate Blume

He's driving the M3 convertible. He was in it a couple of years ago in an Audi. I want to say he's in D class right now, but he'll probably get moved up to C (where the other 2 M3s are.)

Bob, did are you going to put your autox runs on the web? If so I would curious so watch them. I filmed 2 runs from inside of the car while hand holding a a camera, needless to say they are pretty jerky.

What were your times?

Best recorded was a 1:09.xxx.... best non-recorded was a 1:08.228. No camera and no mount in the Swift yet so no vids.

Blistering 1/4 mile being easy on it was a 17.4@80mph!
