Has anyone gone thru the claims process on the MPG fraud on Elantras?

At this point I also would not call it Elantra MPG "fraud." Until we know that Hyundai acted recklessly with intent to harm the average consumer I think "misstatement" might be a better word choice

yes I actually went through it about a week ago with my dealership.. went online to input the VIN, my informationa and mileage, online it stated I was to receive approx $157 of reimbursment, took it to the service manager to sign off on it, inputted my information and told me in about 2 weeks I should have the visa gift card in the mail..
pretty simple and for $157, damn straight im gonna report it. --------------------   |

Thanks for the replies. I was glad to see that Hyundai sent me a letter this week explaining the process too. Not too much of a hassle, other than going to dealership.
It'll almost be like a driving bonus once a year!!
