Well from what i can see it look a ok. Idk maybe you may need a better ground. You could use the strut tower or set bolt. Make sure you are using bare metal.

I'm going to run it for a bit and see how it is- when I hooked up my test light to it it was way bright- much better than other grounding points I tried.
