Sounds like goods times to come.
508 km, 5 hours 6 mins drive for me, plus would need to get a Passport, so I think I'm likely out.
Have a great time all.

That is definitely closer than FL, but moving will sap the funds quickly. There's always next year...

So things are shaping up nicely for the Roast... we have 3 bands for sure and possibly a 4th, there'll be plenty of hot roast pig and cold keg beer, plenty of camping room for those that are making the trek from far and wide (Kyle, I'm looking at you). Provided I don't have to slide off to nearby U-M hospital during the festivities, it ought to be one helluva party. Who's with me? biggrin.gif

As of now we are a go for this.

So I'm looking for an informal sort of head count for folks in the area that might be coming... depending on how many people I'm going to have to shepherd around SE Michigan, I'll be able to determine where we'll meet. If it's just Kyle and Kendra, I'm guessing we'll just meet up here at the crib. But if we get a few more folks (and the place is still open and/or their move is done) we'll probably meet at Krazy Jim's Blimpyburger and cruise down to Ypsilanti from there.

It also looks like there'll be 4 musical acts plus a sit-in/jam session, featuring my bands Lagerhaus5 and Rocky Fortune (both cover bands doing mostly classic rock), Underrated (a duo, metal-like act) and another duo which will likely be acoustic. Plus, there will be a performance of this song:

So, if you don't mind... sound off and let me know what's up.

Should be, provided I can locate it. I believe it's in the garage. I'll take a look today and make sure I can put my hands on it.

That sucks out loud.

To anyone that's still interested in coming, we'll meet up at my house about 12:30, then. Provided, of course, that I'm available... not only is the baby due pretty much any time now, but there's other stuff going on as well. Look for a post soon.
