A well worth while time spent on tire pressure. I can relate this to autocrossing. I can at some level relate this also to every day driving other than the pressures they were using exceeds the pressure recommendations for the tires. My tires say never exceed 40 pounds.
I was reading an article on bicycle tires stating that one can safely go above the maximum tire pressure as there is a large safety factor above the max pressure stated. I believe I'm going to raise my tire pressure to 40 and see what happens. I would expect I'll have less understear. Most of my driving is in 200 mile blocks at 60 to 70 mph speeds. -------------------- A proud member of the club.

Yep good info to keep your tires to last longer and make the car handle better.
