Hi,

I am new to the forums and recently (last week) bought my first Hyundai. It's a Galactic Gray 2016 Elantra GT. It has the elcheapo radio with the BlueLink system. I plan on replacing that radio with a techie android radio. cool.gif

It doesn't have a backup camera, but I have plans to install one as this has become a necessity today. I think I'll also take a look at the location where the camera should be (its hidden from view) to see if its there or not and maybe just not hooked up. I'll update the post either way. smile.gif

I have kids with lots of tech gadgets and they are always in the need of a charge and are always fighting over auxiliary ports so I'll also install a 4 port USB charging station. I'll probably install somewhere in the center console area... not sure yet. When I figure out where I'll post more.

I'll add some pics and maybe a video of the install so anyone who is wondering can see how someone else did it.

The only thing "hardcore" about a Civic is fuel economy!

This car is perfect for the late teen, early 20 something who wants to be 2 fast and 2 furious on a budget. You'll look the part, you just won't be fast but you will sound like you are!"

I'm also a new (for me, anyhow) Elantra GT owner. Mine's a 2016 like yours, in Titanium Gray, and it's the Base model (sounds like yours is, too). I bought mine with a few miles on it, from a Hyundai dealer. I've had it less than a week, and I've already bought new custom wheels (can't stand those hubcaps!) mad.gif
The wheels are Voxx brand, and I'm getting lots of compliments on them.
Hope you enjoy your GT; I certainly am enjoying mine.
