Looks good - intake, exhaust, suspension, transmission, wheels, in-dash LCD... that covers just about a bit of everything. Sounds like it's a bit quicker, nimbler and better-looking than before. smile.gif Plus more fun to sit in, with the TV.

I say not bad.

Right now I say a solid 8.

With the mods you have planned I say you should get to a 9.

A rear spoiler and some interior appearance work should boost it to a 9.5 and better (non GLS) struts and lowering springs should bring it up to just about perfection.

I would also change your muffler tip if you want a higher score.

I give it 7.5/10.

the muffler tip looks a little weird, but the rest is clean.

hows the exhaust sound? i had something like that on my elantra and it wasnt to loud but you could hear it.

EDIT- i think it would look ALOT better if you lower it a inch or so....

All in the eyes of the beholder.
Sorry dude but as of now i say 6. Then i'm more critical of Elantras than others here.
And hence why i havnt bothered putting mine in here yet.

Things i'd change:
Muffler tip n tuck
16 or 17in rims (tires look too chubby there)
Struts n springs
Scrap the outriding DVD player for a fully In dash unit
TINT!!!!

well the muffler tip will be changed with the headers and the custom exhuast.
Im not a big fan of big rims i rather have some light weight 15" rims.
struts and springs will be changed when those once die on me.
i like this dvd so no one can see it becuase people steal sterios here and i dont feel like getting jacked.
Tint is coming soon.

all in all the car only has 10,000 km's on it and i have it less then a year and being 17 years old and having 2 other trucks to spend my money on i think im doing pretty well

thanks;

vlad

SW brings up a good point. These ratings are all based on what each of us believes is a "perfect" Elantra. The best we can do is rate it on how we think it should be. Your expectations may very well differ from any of us.

To you it may be a 9 (or 5 or whatever) based on what you ultimatly want it to be. To SW it's a 6. Ishtar and I think it's in the 7-8 range.

Ultimatly we do mods to make ourself happy and not others.

That's why I've never submited my car to be "rated" and probably never will.

confused-scratchhead3.gif How does having a DVD unit prevent it from being stolen? Is it a motorized flip unit? Is it detachable?
