So after about a year of thinking of a replacement car for my Elantra ive decided that no car would be worth the money when compared to my Elantra on my current budget. So, that being said its time to get serious with the modding.

On October 15th ill be ordering me 4 Konig Zero in 15" rims.
http://www.discounttiredirect.com/direct/f...&vid=010835

There after hopfully getting my dad to pay for the windows to get tinted.

Next is sound, I love dub, wub, and all other forms of bass. so some subs are in my near future. Im going to keep brain storming ways to get the subs mounted in the back without having to put the rear seats down in order to enjoy them but also not block my view out the rear door either.

Next comes at Xmas, ill be ordering me this bad boy grille. in the black of course.

Then form there on its a cold air intake and saving..... Lots of saving... what for you may ask? Some form of turbo/supercharger.

Any way wish me luck guys, ill be updating everytime i add or change anything to the car.

Jattus turbo kit, it was designed for this car.

Have fun with your tuning when you get to it cause there is alot that you can do with the right about of money

You don't have to put the seats down to enjoy the rewards of subs.

If you are refering(<-sp.?) to my '07, the subs face forward for a reason.

Any decent sub and box combination should sound very good.

Yea, either Jattus Turbo or NGM Supercharger - both would be good options to go with.

PLEASE... for the love of god get some 16'' wheels at the VERY least. 15's on HD's look like balloon tires.

how do i justify the 300 dollars extra for new tires for 1 inch of rim... (serious question, and if im gonna have to get new tires should i go for 17s)

and also is doing a self window tint logical in any way.

Home tint job is easy enough if you take your time.
I tinted the windows on my HD but I had to take it off because it was too dark. Or at least that's what the nice LEO told me. Lol. Make sure your glass is really, really clean. When you think it's clean enough, clean it again. I scrubbed mine 5-6 times. Any fingerprints etc. will show on the outside once the film is in place. ALWAYS use a lint free cloth. Any fine lint/dust particles under the film will look like huge bubbles when you are done. Gila brand films are decent and are sold at AutoZone. They also have a install kit that comes with an instructional video on a disc you can throw in the computer. If you are unsure of the proper steps, I highly recommend checking it out. Each roll will cover two windows. They make a rear window kit that is a long roll if 6" film so it can be done in steps. Trust me, you don't want the PITA of trying to heat shape/shrink a large sheet to fit the rear glass.... Get the 6" roll. It turns out pretty nice. Again just take the time to do it right and it will last.

Well if you go with the 17's they are a tad bumpy on the road, i do most 99.9% of all my driving on the road but even there you find alot of dangerous spots in the road.

I have had to replace two 17's due to potholes that cracked the rims.
