hahah they were replacing the dash because of a small blemish....looks like a fun job doesnt it?? i have done a couple elantra ones but sonata and azera dashes are a PITA.

its really not that bad...he probably got the crash pad out in about an hour or so. That was definitely taken out layer by layer though. The elantra crash pads can be taking out as one big unit (i gots my tricks!) this is very useful if/when you have to replace the evaporator.

What's the HP Gain from this Rule of thumb states that 100lbs lost = 1/10 of a second on the 1/4 mile strip. Not sure what that equates to in HP... -------------------- |

the heaviest things are the airbags...the crashpad is pretty light.

That's gotta be the pic of the week. I got one coming ..... That is floor wiring harness #5 in the shop. 07-09 MDX's are having a harsh time with them. The car here is a 3 row MDX completely gutted to replace the floor harness. Warrany pays 8.7 hours.
