Yes, thank God it is still under warranty. I'll have them look at it early next week when it goes in for a transaxle replacement (thanks TSB!). FWIW- I priced out calipers today at Advance for grins.. $215 a piece! scared-yikes1.gif

I'll let you all know how it works out...

calipers should be covered under the 60k 5yr warranty. IIRC

Update and D'oh moment!

Took the van to the dealer last week. The tech was really cool- and explained that my issue was just that- mine. Apparently this is a common mistake for rear brake pad replacement on this vehicle. When the caliper is "hung" while replacing pads- it is very easy to kink the line w/o it being noticeable. (hides behind the caliper).

I went through and popped the pads on in just minutes, maneuvered the line and it compressed nice and easy!

Thankfully this was an easy resolution for what was a very frustrating problem.
