Best cooler option (IMO) would be to run it off the return line coming up the subframe, run it under the core support and in front of the condensor, run a large (2-3') loop and then return it to the res.

you would have to use an inline pressure booster though, if you are going to adding 2 feet of line and a cooler, you are going to need higher pressure to push it through.

the 2.4 pump is similar in bolt pattern, but about 15 - 20% bigger, that might be an option.

Or, just get an electric pump and make it work.

just wondering something bob.

What about enlarging the reservoir.

More fluid circulating, more surface area to heat up, might keep it below boiling point.

that might also work... With the cooler on the return hose, pressure shold not be a problem. If it was on the pressure side that would be a problem for sure.

yeah makes sense to put it return side, but then its not under positive pressure creating heat, so i don't know if it will be all that efficient.

IT WOULD GIVE The fluid a chance to cool down before being recirculated into the pump. The problem now is that it stays hot and just gets heated up again.

So, a larger resevoir, cooler lines in front of the rad and synth fluid would likely cure the problem. MAybe.

AND would be a HELL of a lot easier than trying to re-work a larger, stronger pump, that would just be upping the velocity only.

We need to up the volume and velocity, while maintaining viscosity and temperature balance

Every system that I've worked on has the cooler on the return side.

I'm not saying it shouldn't be there or that I disagree, just that it might not be the most efficient solution to the problem at hand.

Someone should build this and figure it all out. It would make a good diy. Maybe sell it?
