yeah, i thought maybe transfering the post count. i'm not sure how tedious this may be, but post count tells you the experience and what not of the poster, since we all have joined the new forum at the same time, it may be a lil hard to determine all that.

Realistically it's not something that's going to be done. And post count is just a fun aside, I mean because someone has 10 posts and someone else has 100 really doesn't mean a lot. It's just a fun little number that all forums use.
Plus the fact is, this is a new forum, I know some have felt their old posts should "carry over" from the archive but... this is a new start at a new place. --------------------  |

yeah, i figured you'd all say that. it was just an idea, because it does show how active you are in a forum. plus any new comers won't know how experienced people like southpawboston are at first.

OT, speaking of post count, I just noticed, unlike the old forum, each reply had a unique sequential number, now when you post, the most recent posting number is carried throughout all of your posts. Say you have 100 posts so far, the 100 will be associated with your very first post as well.
