Huh? That is a serious de-tune of the 2.0.
In the Forte, the 1.8 shows 145 HP and 130 TQ. The 2.0 Forte has 173 HP and 154 TQ. http://www.kia.com/us/en/vehicle/forte/2015/features This makes no sense. What, are they chasing the Buick crowd now? Oh wait, Buick is no longer The Old Folks Car! --------------------  007 Spectra EX auto   |

The Beta II responds well to boost, maybe the new 2.0 will as well. I also have seen people do pretty good things with the Chevy Sonic's 1.4L turbo engine. I guess we'll have to wait and see.
