Although gas prices have come down, the prices still seem to fluctuate wildly. What are the current prices in your area for gas?

Right now in the Baltimore, Maryland area we're seeing prices of around $1.75 a gallon for regular 87 octane. I was recently in W. Virginia, Pennsylvania and Ohio and prices seemd a bit higher in those states.

In the Springfield, MA area it's about $1.83 for regular 87.

A few weeks ago I was driving around and I found a place that was only $1.66 a gallon. I was so excited. Imagine getting excited over the price of gas? It's ridiculous.

I hate paying so much.

Currently $1.74. And it was almost 20 cents cheaper about 2 weeks ago. angry-hitselfonhead.gif

Looks like it will only go up now until summer.

You all might want to check this sight out www.gasbuddy.com. It will show you your area highest and lowest gas prices in your zip code, even Canada smile.gif

Its about $1.90 in Northern Illinois currently.

Kind of nice, my father owns a few convenience stores - so I always get the inside news on when fuel is about go up. (not to mention a slight discount when I go and visit) It's really amazing though how LITTLE profit fuel stations make on a gallon of gas.
