you need to get some antibiotics soon, if you a get a rash on your body go to the ER quick, the rash is scarlet fever and is very dangerous, the true symptoms is a sore throat to the point your spitting bec it hurts to swallow, a low grade fever and white spots at the back of the throat, I'm not sure why your chest was hurting, with strep you dont get chest pains, like i said i coulda done a quick strep check and got you some free antibiotics, some of the cv's have free medical checks and will give you free meds, call a cvs pharmacy and see if they have a mini clinic in your area, other than that piggy back advil and tylenol every three hrs for pain and fever and get some antibiotics quick, lemme know how your doin in the next day or two
