I'm not sure about sedan but GT has a lever on left side of seat that cranks it up and down. As stated last post above, arm rest slides forward.
I'm happy with comfort of my 14 GT. It is not as good as 07 Acura TL type S that I traded, but I did not expect it to be same. Did a trip month ago with my teenage son via Vegas to Utah and back via north rim of canyon. Three fairly long days of driving, no complaints. I turned 50 while up in Utah - my now ancient butt (according to my son) did fine in GT
