Doubt anything will be free. Maybe a discount for a 4 wheel and tire package. Also note, that the HDs come with some sort of built in sensor (not TPMS) that tells the computer how fast you're moving. Some sort of speed sensor. Hyundai said anything above 16" rims on the HD would require a different sensor to be installed (not cheap at Hyundai! (200+ installed))...just keep that in mind...otherwise you may be going faster than whats being shown on the speedo...or slower...either way..it may be off.
DIY tint sounds fun...I had mine done, cuz I'm lazy and had the $$, so it just gave me less headache in the end. -------------------- A proud member of the club.

17's FTW! i'm not a fan of home tint...go somewhere and have it done...usually they guarantee the work for hte life of the vehicle.

yeah I did a double-take at the 15" rims. I mean you can if you want, but half the point of buying wheels is that larger ones look better and handle sharper (lower-profile tires), although they add more mass than equilvalent 15's. TireRack has closeouts on several 17" that are under $100/ea. Kosei RT Sport's are on sale for $59. 16's might be a ride/handling compromise but they're hard to find, and so are the tires I bet. 17" tires aren't THAT much more expensive - and you're paying for the handling, IMO.

Doing the tint yourself is just asking for trouble. Get a professional to do it who offers a lifetime guarentee (yes these places exist).
