Anyone else had this were your brakes make an audible growl when it's raining? They are perfectly fine any other time just when it's wet. Weirdest thing ever.. I have had cracked rotors and warped rotors make crazy noise but not like this.

Sometimes brakes are a bit loud for the first few stops after being parked with wet rotors. it's because the rotors get a very thin layer of rust very quickly after being exposed to moisture. If it doesn't go away after the first few stops, then you have different issues.

Nope this is while driving let's say coming down from 60 on a off ramp they will growl until about 30 then stop and they will be fine for a while then if I drive another long period without hitting them they will do it again but if I keep using them it doesn't do it.

That sounds like a visit to the shop is in order. Never neglect odd brake issues.

Back when I had my 2010 Elantra, I had a noise that came from the brake area. I happened to be taking it to a shop to get the oil changed (don't remember if it was raining or not), and when I got there, I asked the mechanic about my brake issue.
His reply, "Don't worry about it; it's just the ABS doing its job."
