Seems I might be the issue in this noise problem.
Being fed up of this I went to try a used Mercedes Benz B-Class (not available in us) It's similar in shape and size to our touring and I figured being an MB it must be better insulated. To my surprise the wind noise was similar as in our cars. Engine was much quieter because of transmission running engine a 2200rpm at 70mph Driving dynamics were so bad however that I told MB representative I wouldn't switch cars even if he paid me for it. So I guess I'll go back to working on the Elantra when i get some time. -------------------- A proud member of the club.
