The Aussies only got the GT spec Elantra in Australia (Named Elantra Elite) around mid 2003. Before then we only had the GL and GLS Elantra.

Here is one I found on Ebay. They were only available by factory order.

LOL @ the price. I reckon the dealer would be lucky to get even $13K!
I mean you can get an XD2 GLS for $15K with 30K Km on the clock.
& XD2 Elites go for $14K-17K privately, some with even less Km's.

Good find though, they are rare, I've never seen one on car sales before.

For a 2003 with only 37,000km I thought was good. My 05 had 30,000km on the clock already. Mine is going to one of those high mileage Elantra's. laugh.gif

I've never seen one in person either. I'd really like to see what the difference in the leather is, since it isnt perferated like the XD2

It looks kinda like my car, only designed for the other side of the road. Weird. It's like a mirror.

49,000 km in 20 months = 2450 km/month

I have 43000 km (27000 miles) on my Elantra in 16 months = 2690 km/month

I'm catching up, Joe!

I've had my 03GT since last June and I've put 20,000km on it so far.
20,000km in 9 months so that's 2222km/month......not bad since it's only at 50000km right now. My brother barely drove it in the 3 years he had it.
