Hi fellas just saying a quick hello and thanks for having me here.

I have a 04 5 speed Elantra hatch that I am working on to get her up to a better condition than she is now.

She only has 111 thousand K's on the clock and just replaced a cracked radiator gave it an oil change, coolant, spark plugs and air filter to day
tommorw will be inspecting the brakes.

Anyway Hello

Oh and one question that I admit I havent researched is can you replace the 4 stud wheel patern to 5 stud? it seems there are more wheel types available for 5 stud here in AUS. cheers

Thanks Boss great to be here, plenty of good info to be read as well, It seems that the Australian version has dash limitations as far as
(2004 Elantra) double din mounts go which is a real bugger but will try and figure out a solution. Cheers

Yep plenty of info here to be had and a few members down under as well. I guess the issue with finding double DIN there would relate to right hand drive?

Has anyone done or know if it is possible to go from a 4 stud hub to a 5 stud hub on a XD.

No kits just a hub swap is what I was looking at.

Thanks BRC that helps, is there any other mods required apart from hub and brake rotor?

Or will it just bolt on, i am having a problem finding the info I need. I want to update from steel stockies to mags but the choice
is limited here unless I pay a fortune so was thinking go 5 stud which opens up a whole lot of options. Cheers thumbsup.gif
