It doesn't have an integrated XM tuner. You will need the http://www.crutchfield.com/p_220SXV300/SiriusXM-SXV300V1-Tuner.html?tp=87, which comes with an antenna, whether you like it or not. I have no idea what the factory antenna cable and connector look like, so there's a chance you will need to terminate the installed antenna cable with an SMB connector to fit the SXV300V1. No, you can't cut and splice the wires. It's a coaxial cable, so it doesn't work that way.
