if it is anything like the veloster, it is part of the lens. maybe overseas elantras have a white/clear corner. veloster owners import KDM headlights or vinyl over the top making them useless (dumb).

its never a matter of screws and tabs... usually involves ovens, exactos, THEN maybe some tabs that will surely mean some broken...

why do u want clear corners? some stAtes mandate yellow/orange reflectors... dont know bout canuckadia tho...

superbright LED's are a no go?

black housings with LEDs tickle my little fancy... just the outside parts

As far is the law is concerned; If the turn signal flashes orange, and there IS a lens to help transfer the light to the side of the car, then why does it matter what the color of the lens is, if the turn signals are off?

So I think over here, orange turn signal reflectors are mandatory only to prevent other colors from being used as a turn signal. I think that the orange lens breaks away from the clean look of the headlights, so I just wanted a colorless lens, with superbright orange led bulbs. I will not touch vinyl tint for headlights, that sh!t gets you pulled over real quick.

So far my options are:

Disassemble headlight and...
1)...hope there's a clear lens under the orange lens.
2)...3d print a lens lol (probably not happening)
3)...delete lens (not happening)

or Get KDM headlights...

lol laws south of ur country are stupid sometimes... like why can a gang of harleys wake the county, or a IROC can run straight pipes but a 4 banger gotta stand around 92 db...

u wouldnt have to 3d print nothin... just find a sheet of ceiling diffuser and custom shape it to fit (the pyramid kind)

or get really creative and create a mold and use a heat gun

thanks a bunch trololololo, that plastic light diffusing lens trick sounds like an excellent and neat idea! I'll get a less rigid sheet of lens so I don't have to worry about molding it to a particular shape. Whenever I decide to take them apart, I'll make a write up for it.
