Hey Guys,

So, I've gotta offer for ya'll.. How many of ya would be interested in a Carbon Fiber hood for our Elantras? In order to get them, we'd need 8+ ppl. The cost, $375 plus shipping unless your local and can pick it up.

Yes this is another potential group buy that I'd like to make happen. So anyone interested, please post up.. thumbsup.gif

Hhhmmmm, sounds intresting. Just black carbon fiber? And would it be possible to get with some venting on the top or is that a no-go?

As far as I know, no venting, stock made in CF.. No website, it's a buddy of mine..

If you could ask him what type of carbon fiber is used and what processe (sp?) does he use. Like does he roll the edges ,what type of clear coat. How thin? thanks.

And what are the weight savings compared to the stock hood? Not that I care... what happens if you put an XD2 hood on an XD1, besides the lack of a grille?
