Same year. I can't believe how the clearcoat just peeled off. The rest of the car is great. Only the handles were affected.

Hey, all the rental instruments I used they required me to wear gloves when I played because in just a few days my hands/fingers would eat the finish right off.

My wife's Nissan Versa had the same issue with the clear coat on the handles.
I was going to fix it but she traded it in instead. I wouldn't recommend it as an inexpensive mod. :-)
