so today I put the R comps on and had a go. 6 runs. first 2 OC ,2 with 1 cones and 2 good, consistent runs. i thought i would be having issues with power, and cornering... but nope. the problem i had was getting this fat bitch to stop! ABS kept on kicking in. pulled the 30a under the hood and it still worked. by the end of the day i only had ABS kicking in at the jacknife. due to the mirage i became a late braker at the track, in the S this only hurts me so much! having to brake and slow in a straight line for corner entry instead of rotating the car with the brakes like i am used to. it will take some time to get used to, i guess.


i ran FSP today. beat by an escort zx2 and an old golf, but beat a saturn sc2. i'll have action photos up later












anyways, i think with a few more events i could be taking home 1st place in the car. it has potential, i just have to alter me to compensate. sucks after doing the same thing consistently, successfully, for so many years. also i couldn't run the weapon R TC and my plx wifi at the same off the OBD Y cable. i don't think the plx was getting enough juice. it would work fine on its own though. i'll be hardwiring in the throttle controller for the next even at MOHEGAN SUN casino!
