QUOTE (litesong @ Oct 1 2013, 10:28 AM) *
I've been saying the same thing over & over.

It's true, they are very sensitive. When I grab the cheapest gas from a small name brand, I see the difference and the MPGs suffer. Exxon usually gives me good results, but there's always the possibility of a bad batch. But it is very expensive to do 100% gasoline, and i don't do it. My MPGs are usually fine, because we drive it carefully. We know how our driving habits affect it. Keeping up with maintenance is important too. My fiance is a technician, so it's easy for me, but many people forget to do stuff when it's due. Only use Hyundai parts on your Hyundai. Don't go in there wearing a blindfold and know a few things about your car. You can't get taken advantage of by a dealer unless you're clueless. It's not rocket science. It's great that Hyundai put out the MPG recall since so many people got butt hurt, but I have gotten this car to 40+ MPGs pretty easily.

Hey-My best MPG is 35 & the worst is 20. My average, logged in on fuelly.com is 28.2. I'm fine with these numbers and know why it's lower at times. racetrack.gif
