Just in 2 days I've seen the Chevron on the corner go from $4.13 to $4.53 ohmy.gif

Crazy... We might need to make our own corn squeezings to fill the tank. It makes me feel better about saying goodbye to my Tucson (19mpg).
My new GT trip computer normally says I am getting 34mpg, but if I manually do the calculations it is more like 31 or 32 combined driving. I am sure I could do better if I didn’t like shifting like am running NASCAR.

It is $3.77 to $3.85 here in Delaware. (Del-a-Where?)

I don’t know how you folks in California or Hawaii do it. You always lead the way..…in gas prices anyway.

Gas prices on the far side of the Rockies are always nutso. 6-8 years ago when my bass player and drummer still lived in Hillsboro, OR, gas was pushing $4/gallon out there.

Just today, one of the 2 main stations (a Speedway) on our main drag was at $3.65 when I went to work (5:30 a.m.). On the way home (~3:00 p.m.) it was up to $3.95. Now, after going grocery shopping, they're back down to $3.92. Hoping they can keep up the price war with the Citgo and get back down to where they were.
