This is the "Thanks" feature here at the club (similar the the Facebook "I like" feature). Basically, you'll see a "thumbs up" button underneath each post (next to the "Report" button). If a post has been helpful or if you like the post etc., click the thumbs up "thanks" button and that member will receive a "thanks". These will be listed in their info box in the post area. The thanks button should disappear for you. BTW, you can't thank yourself!
