Welp. It's come to that time to remove a fair amount of my mods to help out with resale. Scary I know. I had completely forgotten how many damn mods I had even done. Of course some of them are irreversible, but others needed to be taken out. Spent pretty much all day working on it. I'll be spending some of tomorrow cleaning the wheels of plastidip and a couple other fixer-uppers.
Things removed: PS2 Full footwell lighting Secondary 12V plug-in with DC - AC conversion Old wiring for footwells Custom Taillights and wiring Custom headlights and wiring Rocker switch for LED's HID lows and fogs Plastidipped grill restored to stock Plastidipped wheels restored to stock All interior white LED lights All stickers on the rear Things staying: 25% tint all around Incus body kit Custom Euro Plate (if buyer wants it) 7" touchscreen headunit 4 channel amp and all aftermarket speakers Monoblock amp and 15" sub (if buyer pays $200 extra) Total restore will be about 12 hours. It's so weird to drive around with regular halogen bulbs now hahah. I'm used to my nice projected white light. Also the cabin feels so dark at night without my footwells. It's an interesting feeling being back at (kinda) stock. Some before pictures Work in progress.... Some finished/cleaned up photos I will update tomorrow with some more pictures of the front and sides The front is already pretty much done. It just started raining before I could get a good picture. Should be interesting to see how the plastidip comes off the wheels. I've got the plastidip remover stuff so I'm hoping that will work wonders. I'll be sure to make a video of it as well. I also have gone around and added some extra adhesion to parts of my bodykit as some was coming off slightly. Keep you all posted! Is removing the mods as fun as installing them?

Is removing the mods as fun as installing them? Hahahah not quite. I will say it goes a lot faster though! And it is kinda nice to see the car fully cleaned up. But I do miss some of the mods. -------------------- 2008 Hyundai Elantra SE / Carbon Grey / Incus Body Kit / Sold at 98,400 miles 2011 Hyundai Genesis Coupe Premium / Black / Current DD at 43,000 miles |

Welp I'm pretty much all done. I used plastidip remover from dipyourcar.com and it worked very well. I will be posting a comparison video of Goo Gone vs Dip Remover tomorrow.
