I think I'm with the others on that, it wouldn't hold up. Looks more like a vinyl sticker than an actual ABS piece. I'm curious as well about the plastic fake chrome inserts, wondering if they can be removed totally or would there be visible holes? Another idea is to temporarily remove the chrome, power coat the wheels black then replace the chrome.
